The Communications Lead is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing APOC’s internal and external communications strategy across print, digital, social, and public-facing channels. This role helps ensure that church messaging is clear, timely, aligned with leadership direction, and reflective of APOC’s mission, events, ministries, and community presence.

The Leadership Training Lead executes leadership development training at APOC. This role equips individuals preparing for leadership roles with the skills, character development, and leadership principles necessary to lead effectively within APOC’s culture.

The Facilities & Logistics Lead is responsible for ensuring APOC's buildings, grounds, equipment, and ministry spaces are safe, functional, organized, compliant, and ready to support worship services, ministry activities, staff operations, and community events.

Although the title is Facilities & Logistics Lead, this role requires facilities management-level experience. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on maintenance or handyman experience, vendor coordination, facility operations, safety awareness, inventory management, budget tracking, and strong organizational follow-through.

This position is responsible for both day-to-day facility readiness and the development of stronger facility systems, including preventive maintenance processes, vendor tracking, safety and compliance follow-up, inventory controls, event readiness, and documentation. The first year of the role is expected to require a full-time commitment as APOC continues building and stabilizing facility operations, systems, and processes.

The Facilities & Logistics Lead directly supports the mission of APOC by ensuring that every physical space is safe, welcoming, organized, and prepared for ministry use.
